MONTHLY MAGAZINE AND TRAVEL GUIDE DESIGN REQUIREMENTS
To ensure effective advertising and seamless integration with our platform and social media pages, we kindly request that you personally design your still advertisement/s and submit them in JPG or PNG format submitted by the 20th of the month prior to magazine publication and online gear shop monthly update. We encourage magazine advert/s to be altered monthly, if no changes provided we will continue with existing advert/s. We do not accept advertisements in PDF format as adverts are sometimes mistakingly altered. We reserve the right to share JPG and PNG advertisements at our discretion on our social media platforms. Chat to us if you require design services for your advert.
Please create your advert/s in an A4 format, Portrait for FULL PAGE advert/s and landscape for HALF PAGE advert/s, Banners in Landscape half of an A4 page. Adverts for gear shop pop up adverts to be desgined the same as below full page A4 Portrait requirements. Images for gear shop product listings will be extracted form advertisers website.

Adverts must be no bigger than 25MB in size. Simplicity is key in your designs, so please keep the text minimal while focusing on eye-catching imagery and compelling slogans, ensure that your logos and website URLs are included as essential components to provide direct links to your website.
In the interest of maintaining clarity and user engagement, refrain from including links to your social media pages within the adverts unless you do not have a website. Our primary objective is to direct traffic to your websites, and overly busy advertisements can be counter productive.
Advert/s must be paid in advance of magazine issues being published on presentation of invoice. Lastly, please note that all advertisements must undergo approval by our team to ensure they meet our standards and guidelines. JUST ANOTHER REMINDER THAT RATES WILL INCREASE AUTOMATICALLY ON THE THE 1ST OF JULY ANNUALLY BY A MINIMUM OF 10%.
